In December 2018, Bradley Cook helped bring Stirling Properties' first industrial build-to-suit project to life — the Dana Incorporated Service and Assembly Center in Fremaux Park, Slidell, Louisiana. As Sales & Leasing Executive with Stirling Properties, Bradley worked directly with Dana to identify and secure the site, at the corner of Town Center Parkway and Old Spanish Trail.

The nearly 32,000-square-foot facility relocated and expanded Dana's operation specializing in repairing and refurbishing large-scale industrial gearboxes. Construction began in November 2018, with completion the following summer — and the building was designed with flexible space to support future growth as an anchor tenant within the broader Fremaux Park mixed-use development.

The project reflects the site-selection work that remains core to Cook Real Estate Services today: identifying the right location, aligning it with a company's operational needs, and structuring a build-to-suit that positions a tenant for long-term growth.
